Terms of Service

What you are buying

• Essential — $199. A printed NFC card and your personalised digital card, live for 2 years.
• Complete — $299. Adds photo gallery, services with prices and your Google reviews.
• Team — $399. Several cards under one brand, plus $99 for each additional card.
• Renewal — $45 for 2 more years, per card.

The two years

The two years start the day your digital card goes live, not the day you order it.

During that time your card stays online, we keep it running, and you may ask for changes to the information it shows — phone, hours, photos, services.

If the period ends and you do not renew, the digital card stops being served. The printed card and its chip still exist, but the address they open will no longer show your card. We will warn you before that happens.

What we need from you

You give us your brand — logo, photos, texts — and by doing so you confirm you have the right to use them. We use them only to build and run your card.

The information on the card is yours: prices, hours, claims about your business. We publish what you give us. If something on your card must be accurate by law for your trade, that is on you.

The contacts your card collects

Whoever saves your card can leave their details. Those contacts are yours, not ours. We store them so you can see them, and we email them to you as they arrive.

You may ask us for a copy or ask us to delete them at any time. If you stop being a client, you can take them with you.

Payment

We accept Zelle, Stripe, PayPal and card. Work begins once payment is confirmed. Prices are in US dollars and do not include taxes that may apply.

Refunds

Before we start, a card that has not been designed yet can be cancelled and refunded in full. Once work begins — the moment we start designing your card — the order is not refundable. Design time is spent whether the card is printed or not, and that is what you are paying for.

If the printed card arrives damaged or wrong through our fault, we replace it at no cost.

What we do not promise

We do not promise that a card will bring you customers. What we deliver is the card, working.

The digital card depends on services we do not own — hosting, network, the phone that opens it. We keep it running with reasonable care, but we cannot promise it will never be unreachable for a moment.

Ending it

You can stop at any time by not renewing. We may end the service if a card is used for something unlawful, or to impersonate a business that is not yours.
